I want to share something that helps me to organise my to do list according to my brain’s needs.
One of the issues I regularly run into, is that I’m having trouble deciding what to prioritise because of the lack of visual representation of the type of activity as well as whether it should be completed in the short or long term.
Brain activities are activities that will take a lot of mental or emotional energy out of me.
Physical activities are activities that will take a lot of physical energy out of me.
Short term activities are activities with a (nearing) deadline.
Long-term activities are activities that I don’t have to do right away.
I created this planner for my own use, but maybe it can help some of you get a that little bit more organised.
On top of the post are a few examples of activities that I would write down and mark on this planner.
